Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Yvette.  As TBT Real Estate’s Office Manager, she is responsible for all office procedures, and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy real estate environment.  Yvette has been involved in the management of real estate for over 14 years.  Yvette says TBT Real Estate is such a unique real estate office because of the team concept where everyone is working together for the common goal of our clients.  Yvette is always willing to help in every circumstance.  The community involvement and the relationships built with their past customers, speaks volumes about the loyalty and trust TBT Real Estate has earned in our community. 

Extensive experience in safety and security management, I developed, implemented, and maintained safety programs and procedures. Performed risk assessments and JSAs to identify hazards, managed field safety operations, and ensured compliance with governmental regulations. My compliance expertise includes strong knowledge in TCEQ, DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA, along with maintaining documentation and training records. I conducted security threat assessments, private investigations, and provided personal protection. I also created and managed training programs and kept detailed records of training and compliance. Key achievements include leading safety program initiatives that reduced workplace incidents and conducting risk assessments to eliminate potential hazards. My skills encompass risk assessment, safety program development, regulatory compliance, fleet safety management, security threat assessment, private investigations, training program management, and safety audits.
